Lion Hunter

Discourse Tracking is something that I thought would be fascinating to look into on the side, coming from work in the past I had done with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and analysing and connecting parts of sentences and grammatical components. This is very hard to do with conversations and the tools to do them are largely under lock and key. LionHunter is an experiment in how to create a user interface to track, give context and deal with conversation.

The images and conversations are all taken from the black comedy “Four Lions” which you should probably watch if you haven’t already.

Conversations are viewed in a thread, just like regular chat software, but this would allow you to scrub, annotate and view contextual information.

The ability to use automatically generated keywords and create notes and analysis on bits of conversation that intelligence people could share would be very useful.
